Maison SANA Cancellation Policy
At Maison SANA, every appointment is carefully scheduled and prepared to ensure an exceptional level of service. We kindly ask clients to respect the following cancellation policy so that we can continue providing the highest standards of care to all households.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
- 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee may be charged.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Up to 100% of the scheduled service fee may be charged.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: The full service fee may be charged.
Membership Services
For clients on recurring housekeeping or estate stewardship memberships:
- We will make every reasonable effort to rearrange your visit where availability allows.
- Missed appointments due to late cancellation may count as the scheduled visit for that period.
- Repeated late cancellations may affect future booking availability.
Access to the Property
Please ensure our team can access your property at the agreed appointment time.
If we are unable to gain access and cannot begin the scheduled service, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Delays
If you expect to be delayed, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where possible, we will accommodate reasonable delays. However, if our schedule is significantly affected, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment, and cancellation charges may still apply.
Changes by Maison SANA
In the unlikely event that Maison SANA needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you promptly and offer the earliest suitable alternative. Any prepaid fees for the affected service will be transferred to the new appointment or refunded where appropriate.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can arise.
Maison SANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive cancellation charges in genuine exceptional circumstances, including serious illness, family emergencies, or events beyond the client’s reasonable control.
